Councilors may not run a business on their own account or jointly with other persons using the property of the poviat in which the councilor obtained a mandate.
The motion for the declaration of the expiry of the mandate concerns the Chairman of the County Council, Tomasz Marzęda. Who received funds from the Poviat Labor Office in Lubartów to start a business, and he has already held the above-mentioned position. The granted loan testifies to the use of the poviat's property for economic activity, which the councilor cannot do. Therefore, with the help of the clinic run by the Watchdog Polska Civic Network Association, the content of the application was prepared.
