The meeting of the Committee began with an analysis of the technical documentation of investments planned for 2020, which was presented by the Heads of Departments.
Chief Piotr Turowski informed about the investments: Mobile LOF, Zielony LOF, Thermomodernization of SP3 and Reja, Parking on the Peasants' Batalions, bicycle path at ul. Lesna. 

Another representative of the City Hall spoke about the fact that it is not known which investments will eventually be in the budget, but the City Hall has documentation regarding: the parking lot at SP4, the reconstruction of the internal road in Osiedle Garbarskie, the resurfacing of ul. 3 Maja, reconstruction of Reja Street, construction of the surface of ul. Kazimierz Wielki, ulica Północna and ul. In the forest. The speaker stated that with this budget we are able to make one or two streets. This, that is, with a total of one million PLN for these purposes, because the estimated cost is, for example, on Reja over 700 thousand. zloty.
Councilor Jacek Tomasiak pointed out that in the case of Rej, the boiler room and cellars were not taken into account (and for that there were external funds). Governor Turowski stated that the activities exceeded the already obtained external funds, so each additional one is borne from the city budget. 

Councilor Tomasiak asked about the possibility of obtaining external funds, because the presented works amount to approx. PLN 12.5 million. 
The councilor of Krówczyński asked about the bicycle path on Łąkowa, because people parked along the hospital fence. He also explained the issues of complaints about defective performance of works on thermal modernization  on Kościuszko and Primary School no. 4.

Councilor Anna Kuszner asked about the completed bicycle path at the Lubelska - Kolejowa roundabout. More specifically about the lack of a sidewalk. According to Chief Turowski, it is a bituminous pedestrian-bicycle route and there is no marking in the picture shown, but it is not possible to extend this route due to the ownership of the area. 

The chairman of the Commission, Jan Ściseł, repeated the question of Councilor Tomasiak about the heating plans for the building at ul. Yard.

Tennis training walls - the possibility of dismantling one part of the court fence at SP3 and setting the wall. The second location - at the secondary school at ul. Lublin. Third - the playground at the Peasants' Battalions. Four - behind the park.  It all depends on how much we want to spend. 

Conclusions:
1.     Councilor Jacek Tomasiak - enter the reconstruction of the internal road at Os. Garbarskie together with the construction of a car park as a stiff Commission motion to the budget. 
The request was lost. Vote 2: 2: 2

Application for the preparation of documentation for the execution of the surface of roads perpendicular to Krańcowa. The inhabitants of Zachodnia Street want to relinquish their shares to the city ... due to doubts , the application is withdrawn .

Here is the comment of Councilor Tomasiak about requesting that what has already been done
documentation, while for other applications - to enter the preparation of technical documentation (including Krańcowa). Here is the remark of Chief Turowski that the drainage problem has not been solved on Garbarskie Street, so it is better not to do it now. Canal. Literally and figuratively. 15.     Councilor Tomasz Krówczyński - request to appear in the budget explicitly - Securing funds for the maintenance of separators and ditches draining waste water from the city. Especially in Pradnik, it requires a bit more expenditure, because an excavator has to enter.

OSA project - the existing playground equipment from the square on Różana will be removed and only what is shown in the technical documentation will be removed. 
The applications will not have any order, because a different position is important for each councilor. 
And where does the money for all this come from? And from somewhere.
