Lubartów, October 2018

The City Council of Lubartów consists of twenty-one councilors. Our Ranking contains information on politicians who have served in this function for 4 full years. We did not include Councilor Piotr Skubiszewski or Councilor Tomasz Krówczyński in the list.

For four years we have been running a website devoted to the councilors of Lubartów. The project was created thanks to the cooperation with Stowarzyszenie 61. The end of the term of office is also the culmination of this work. We show voters how plastic and creative material can be minutes from the session of the City Council.

On the website www.lubartow.mamprawowiedziec.pl you can find a lot of information, gathered in one place. From the beginning: the name and surname of the councilor, a photo, an election flyer, the number of the district and the number of votes that ensured him victory. This is basic information that can be obtained immediately after the elections. However, during the term of office, we supplemented the profiles of councilors with the presence at voting, voting under individual resolutions, interpellations and inquiries of councilors and the functions they perform in the City Council. The ranking was made almost entirely on the basis of protocols and represents quantitative results. They are an important indicator of the councilor's activity. In the case of the interpellation, we gave one point for five statements. The same is true for reported issues. The chairman and vice-chairman of the Supervisory Board received 5 points for performing the function of election. The chairman and vice-chairman of the Commission received four and three points, respectively.

Points awarded additionally by our Foundation concern answers to questions at the halfway point of the term of office and it is 10 points. and 5 points for providing contact details.

After  qualitative assessment of the councilor's work, please visit the website www.lubartow.mamprawowiedziec.pl, where you can follow the process of developing local law on the basis of discussions and voting on adopted resolutions.
