Success trumpeted

On the city website and theoretically non-city newspaper, it was reported about  the subsidy that the city received for the implementation of the government program MALUCH +.

And theoretically, it would be possible to settle for a plus, if not for one minus.

This city success would take place at the expense of the children from the Municipal Kindergarten No. 4.

Because their parents found out at the end of February about the planned changes regarding the liquidation of kindergarten departments and the lack of recruitment of 3-year-old children to the newly established nursery.

Not a word about the planned changes was included in the mayor's order No.  VII / 758/2018 of January 26, 2018.

The parents decided to meet on this matter, but as you can read in their statement - not all received invitations because ... (about this in the PARENTS 'POSITION )

Despite the adversities, the meeting took place and the inhabitants decided to fight. Hence, a large representation of them appeared at the last session of the City Council (February 27), presenting their position to the councilors. Several of them also commented during the session.

The following spoke:

However, this situation once again shows what the decision-making process looks like in this city. How could it be possible to lead to a situation in which parents are not aware of the planned reorganization of the facility, and the ordinance does not mention the liquidation of kindergarten departments, or the lack of recruitment of 3-year-olds?

You can, as we had already heard during the session, that ordinances can be changed orally. And since there were no written changes? Trifle.

What are we doing in this case? What we are for - we ask the Mayor.
