EDIT
The institution led by Minister Anna Streżyńska is a positive surprise.
As recently as yesterday we published a negative response to the application.
We were already ... we were about to send a request for a reconsideration.
It turned out today that there is a second MAiC magazine on the ePUAP platform.
Along with the meeting note and by the cover letter.
Thank you

Working note
In June 2017, at the Ministry of Digital Affairs there was a meeting, to which Karol Breguła was invited, in connection with his request for public information regarding the functioning of the ePUAP system.
As he wrote on his Facebook profile, the Ministry wanted him "familiarize yourself with some aspects, as long as we have enough time, related to ePUAP in the context of your last request for information on the use of the PULL mode by public entities to download ePUAP messages. At the same time, we would also like to introduce you to our work in the Department of Maintenance and System Development. "Because as developed" (...) I would like to thank you very much for your commitment to improve the functioning of the ePUAP platform and treating this tool as a national good that should be supported. \ I do not know if we will be able to present all the issues of the ePUAP platform at one meeting and in such a short time, however, I think that the will of the management of the Ministry will be to initiate regular meetings. After all, information campaigns and lectures are being conducted. "
The context is crucial here, because we asked for a note from this meeting.
We were denied information. Strange, since it concerned, inter alia, request for public information. Did it hit the case or not?
A meeting concerning, inter alia, the cooperation of the ePUAP system with the electronic documentation management system is incompatible with public information.
The official did not sign the note and did not include it in the case file.
So it's secret.
