This is not good news
This is never positive information when it has to be said that the Office is closed on a resident. The good thing is we can (still) complain.
The possible establishment of a shared service center that would take over the administrative services of the Mayor's subordinate institutions (kindergartens, schools, etc.) would affect both the employment of people currently working in them and would not be without impact on the city's budget. Important.
The second complaint concerns the refusal to disclose the scope of activities of the City Hall employees. We do not practice art for the sake of art and we formulate specific conclusions based on the answers. Sometimes it is a comparison of how different offices function, and other times it is an introduction to proposing, in our opinion, better solutions.
Third and most importantly. We ask because we have a right to know.

Shared Services Center
Will it be or not?
There has been talk in Lubartów for some time about launching a shared services center. We asked about the expenses for individual facilities and the expected savings.
We received answers to some of the questions, and we will probably have to wait a little longer for the documents being analyzed.
