Why?
Councilor Jerzy Tracz has his volatile bonuses, routes, relay races and finishes. The advantage of this type of activity is obvious. The active side - in this case the councilor - dictates the topic and tone of the meeting with voters.
In the event that the situation unfavorable to the councilor, he can always leave the street meeting. Because he's not obligated. Neither time nor formula.
Therefore, we believe that in the case of councilor Jerzy Tracz, the obligation to contact voters is partially fulfilled. And we have evidence of that.
Some time ago, the press received information that councilor Tracz called the Police to a meeting of the Board of the Housing Cooperative in Lubartów, whose president is another councilor - Chairman of the City Council Jacek Tomasiak. Since we are dealing with councilors and their activity, we wanted to know if this conflict in the Council did not translate into the situation of voters and residents in general. That is why we decided to use our right to contact the councilor and through the Council Office on May 15, we sent the following message to the councilor:
Good morning,
With reference to the telephone conversation, please answer the following questions:
1. When and where were the generally available and publicly announced meetings with the Councilor during the current term of office, which he mentioned?
2. Does he have problems contacting the Management Board of the Housing Cooperative as a resident?
3. Does the Councilor plan to run in the elections from the same election committee as Councilor Siwek - present at the meeting in the Cooperative?

Until today, the councilor has not answered us. The City Hall confirmed in writing to us that it had handed over the correspondence to the councilor.
Therefore, we confirm - in this case the councilor did not fulfill his obligation, did not answer the questions of the residents and did not decide to make any move.
