How do they participate in the Lubartów Commune?
An important and topical matter, because the school year has already begun. We were curious to see how many organizations took part in the consultations and what comments were made.
According to the resolution No. VIII / 48/15 of the Lubartów Commune Council of June 29, 2015. on the rules and procedure for conducting public consultations with the inhabitants of the Lubartów Commune
The results of public consultations should be presented by the commune administrator within 60 days to the Commune Council, to the commune residents: on the website of the Commune Office, on the notice board of the Commune Office.
Additionally, the results of public consultations may be published in the local press and in the form of announcements within the commune.
We did not find the report on the pages of the Public Information Bulletin, therefore on October 2 we wrote an application for sending the results of consultations in the matter covered by Ordinance No. 54/19 of 03/15/2019.
A consultation with non-governmental organizations of the draft resolution on the rules for granting and the size of the reductions in the weekly compulsory hours for teachers entrusted with managerial positions in schools and teams, and the weekly compulsory hours of speech therapists, educators, psychologists, career counselors and teachers of working kindergartens and preschool institutions with groups of 6-year-olds and younger children in facilities run by the Lubartów Commune.
