Instead of an introduction, a handful of obvious things
The watchdog is a timer that waits for confirmation of correct operation by the controlled devices. The watchdog is installed in systems that often operate without human assistance, their uninterrupted operation is very important, and unforeseen operation may be dangerous.
It seems to us that after the elections, the system - the government - will operate continuously and effectively. However, sometimes it is different. That is why the watchdog in the watchdog system looks at the functioning of various public institutions.
(...) Local guards are often citizen journalists. Why? Nothing easier. They are often affected by the depreciation of the actions taken or of themselves. Publicly, at sessions of municipal and city councils. Sometimes they are misunderstood, reluctant, or even ostracized. The office is often the publisher / commissioner of a promotional bulletin, known as an informational bulletin. They do not have equal access to citizens.
