New councilor in circle 7
At today's session of the City Council, Tomasz Krówczyński said:
"Faithful to the Constitution and the law of the Republic of Poland, I solemnly vow to perform the duties of a councilor with dignity, honesty and integrity, bearing in mind the good of my commune and its inhabitants."
Thus, we have a new public councilor in district 7.

Today, the residents of District 7 re-elected a councilor in connection with the resignation of Mr. Piotr Skubiszewski from the Election Committee of Independent Voters Together.
Four candidates stood for the election. According to unofficial results, 284 people voted, turnout was 35%
The voters at the seat of Przedsiębiorstwo Gospodarki Komunalnej in Lubartów, with 135 votes, chose Mr. Tomasz Krówczyński, starting from KWW Wspólnota Lubartowska.

To be a councilor ...
Anna Ścisłowska from Stowarzyszenie 61, who is the coordinator of the Vote consciously task as part of the You vote, You have a choice campaign in 2014 stated: The best candidate is a candidate who wants to contact voters already in the campaign.
We put the same questions to all candidates before the local elections, to give them an equal chance to present themselves.
Earlier, we asked voters what problems they saw in the city.
A year after the 2014 local government elections, we were curious about the mutual attitude of the newly elected to the inhabitants and vice versa. It is physically impossible for a councilor to know about everyone in his ward. Which does not mean that it does not and should not affect the knowledge of its voters about the activities it performs under their mandate.
Consequently, in connection with the supplementary elections to the Lubartów City Council in district 7, which will be held on September 10, we announced that we would ask the candidates for councilors to answer a few questions.
Until today, on August 22, a thousand people have seen our posts on this subject on Facebook. Whether it is a lot, the candidates themselves should know best.

The election representative of KWW Prawica Lubartowska, Mr. Piotr Domański refused to provide an e-mail contact address. The candidate himself, Mr. Mariusz Szczygielski, also did not contact us. The voters will answer the question - what are the predictions for future contacts of voters with a potential councilor?
However, since the councilor has an influence on decisions concerning the entire city - we do not recommend it personally.
