Lubartów, February 2019
I manage the following
Could it be an echo of the press conference of the Mayor Krzysztof Pasnik, in which we participated?
The mayor then said that the Office will face a change in the regulations, organizational structure and some personnel changes. It is possible that hence the increased interest in the Public Information Bulletin and the Mayor's Ordinances. As for us, in general, we consider the interest in the official side to be positive. We also intervened, at the request of one of our recipients, regarding the two missing ordinances .
We have sent an e-mail to which we have received a reply from the Mayor. The office completed the Public Information Bulletin. One of the missing ordinances has been published, while the other - has not been issued and this information was published on the website.
After this intervention, we got a signal that things were worse in the Lubartów Commune. As we wrote, the County Hunters of Lost Orders appeared to us.
We checked and indeed, 15 of the adopted 33 Regulations are missing on the website. Moreover, there was one entered out of sequence. Several were introduced on February 15, which may mean that these publications are the result of the city BIP described by us.
We tried - through the official Facebook profile of the Lubartów Commune - to ask when the missing Regulations would be published, but it turned out to be impossible. We asked through ePUAP , as it cannot be otherwise.
We will check how other communes of the Lubartów Poviat are dealing with the publication of their rulers, and in the meantime we looked at the BIP of the Starosty until 2019.
The website contains all the Ordinances of the Lubartów Staroste. They are published either within 2-3 days, or - which should be emphasized - on the same day. And that should be the standard.
