Voters from District 7 are about to receive by-elections
Who will choose?
We remind you that this is a district covering the following streets: Akacjowa, Bukowa, Chmielna, Cisowa, Dębowa, Jesionowa, Kasztanowa, Nadrzeczna, Osikowa, Sławińskiego, Świerkowa, Topolowa, and Wierzbowa.
For those who have already forgotten who wanted to represent them in the 2014 elections, we would like to remind you of the candidates and the distribution of votes.
We ask ourselves a few questions:
Do those who previously applied still feel a calling?
Or maybe their decision was related to the representation of the already appointed election committee and they do not intend to show “passive” initiative themselves? Perhaps the election committees in the City Council will "dust" their candidates? In fact, we can only talk about vacuuming in two Committees: the Mayor of Bodziacki and the Deputy Mayor of Szumiec, i.e. the PiS Committee and the Lubartów Community. The PO candidate is a member of the County Board.
Will we now have at least as many candidates for this constituency?
So much for the questions.
What's for sure?
Wspólny Lubartów will put up another candidate in constituency 7. We are a bit surprised that Krzysztof Paśnik did not decide to practice in the Council before the 2018 elections. Instead, he recommended Grzegorz Szyszka as a candidate on local television, which allows us to believe that the candidate for mayor remains unchanged, and a new person enters the game.
