Calendar of activities
The councilors received a study from us. For what purpose? We have already informed that the Regional Audit Chamber has sent our letter back to the City Council. RIO is expecting a response. Soon we will find out how the Councilors will react to our arguments. Will they accept the complaint, will they find an excuse for the Mayor?

The mayor of the City of Lubartów signed your ordinance
In the adopted Regulations we read:
Member of the Commission can't to be:
1) the person to whom the candidature was submitted to Mayor's Awards;
2) a person who manages (manages) the institution / organization nominated to Awards;

Ms Krystyna Targońska voted in favor the candidacy of the Councilor Jerzy Tracz. We will not know another scenario.
- General Director of the Lublin Development Foundation Branch in Lubartowie Krystyna Targońska abstained from vote for his candidacy.
She voted for it's not just a favor Jerzy Tracz, but also for the candidature submitted by the entity under its management - the Foundation, proposing Auto-Service Jublewscy Auto-Elektro-Serwis Jublex, in whose name received the Bogumiła Lisek-Jublewska award, which he is also the President of the Management Board of the entity reporting the Foundation to awards.

Kumias praise us ... for public money
Final Provisions:
" The mayor of the City of Lubartów, after reading the protocol, makes the final decision on the selection of candidates and the amount of prizes ."
Today we have sent another - third application concerning this matter. We are asking for a legal opinion, which is referred to in the press release by the President of the Commission and one of its members. Also, this topic will definitely come back in our publications.
We do not question the merits of people and institutions whom the Mayor decided to honor with the award. We pay attention to good practice, or rather the lack of it. After all, we also appreciate the merits of Jerzy Tracz. That is why, among other things, we invited the councilor to participate in the Super Self-Government 2016 Awards Gala.
Openness in public life is our goal. We operate locally, we focus primarily on the activities of our office.
A word to councilor Jerzy Tracz, for the reply:
We deal with different things, but we cannot take care of all or all of them. The state, as the City Council, is the decision-making authority and, if only because of the adoption of the budget, they shape the city's finances. So we expect - at the next session - questions: "why prizes are awarded to directors of local government units. Prizes should be awarded only for outstanding achievements - says Jerzy Tracz."

Has the Committee not broken the Regulations?
In paragraph 1 of the Rules of Procedure of the Committee it is stated that the person who has been nominated for the award cannot be a member. Everyone understands what's going on? We can judge ourselves at home and reward ourselves. It's a private matter.
In the case of the awards of the Mayor of the City of Lubartów for outstanding achievements in social, creative and professional activities, personal and private considerations should not play any role.
Hence, the correct provision in the Regulations:
"A member of the Committee may not be:
1) a person whose candidacy was proposed for the Mayor's Award;
2) the person who manages (manages) the institution / organization nominated for the Award; "
Therefore, we have serious doubts whether the Commission has read the Regulations and acted on the basis of their content. We ask.
We also ask about applicants. The fact that some actors find themselves in a double role does not exclude the possibility that the role is triple.
